My success story

Although I don’t always like to refer to Covid as anything good, it was certainly a turning point for me.

It gave me the time to reassess my life and business. I got myself a business coach who helped me look at my business in great detail. From nailing the numbers, looking at my Profit margins, Systems & Processes, Branding, Marketing and a strategy to work smarter not harder and so much more. Without her I would not be telling you my success story today.

I was in the process of buying my business property along with 8 other properties within the Courtyard at the time I had my coach. This changed everything and gave me the knowledge and tools to succeed. I now have a thriving Beauty & Hair salon business which runs without me being there due to the structure that is now in place.

This has enabled me to grow and scale my property businesses. I have 4 commercial properties which my property business leases out to other businesses. I have 4 holiday lets and will soon have 5.

What is so incredible is that the property business and holiday lets were only launched in 2022 and are thriving due to also having systems, processes and structures in place. The turnover for May 2024 was £13,500

In a nutshell I started with 3 empty commercial units and 5 dilapidated apartments. I set to developing my first holiday let paying attention to every fine detail. Now developing the 5th apartment and on target to turnover £140,000 this year and still growing. All with more time on my hands than ever before, to live the life I desire. Working smarter, not harder. Oh and the business premises are now valued at over £1 million so have over doubled the purchase price on top of the turnover!
